There is power in feeling seen and heard. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can share your story with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
I believe that each person carries a unique story shaped by their relationships, family experiences, culture, values, and life circumstances. Sometimes those stories help us make sense of who we are, and sometimes they leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. For many people, this may include navigating family expectations, balancing multiple identities, bridging different cultural worlds, or finding a sense of belonging within family, faith, and community. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, explore those experiences, and discover new ways of understanding yourself and your relationships.
My work is rooted in attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am particularly passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, family of origin patterns, questions of identity and belonging, cultural experiences, and faith or spiritual transitions. As a Filipina American therapist, I have a particular appreciation for the complexity of balancing multiple cultures, navigating family expectations, and finding a sense of belonging across different communities.
