Individual Therapy

Many of the challenges we face today are shaped by the relationships and experiences that formed us. Whether you're struggling with people-pleasing, boundaries, family dynamics, identity, anxiety, or a major life transition, therapy can help you better understand the patterns that keep showing up in your life.

Together, we'll explore how your family of origin, relationships, culture, values, and life experiences have shaped who you are today. For many individuals, this may include navigating cultural expectations, balancing multiple identities, bridging different worlds, or finding your own voice within the context of family, faith, and community. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, create more fulfilling relationships, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and aligned with your values.

I offer individual therapy in Edmonds, WA and throughout Washington State via telehealth.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of comfort and one of our greatest sources of pain. When couples get stuck, it's often not because they don't love each other, but because they become caught in negative cycles that leave both partners feeling unheard, disconnected, or alone. These patterns can make it difficult to reach for one another in ways that create the safety, responsiveness, and connection we all need in close relationships.

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples understand the underlying emotions and attachment needs driving these patterns so they can create greater safety, connection, and intimacy in their relationship.

Workshops & Teaching

Some experiences are best explored in community. Workshops and speaking engagements can create space for meaningful conversations about relationships, attachment, parenting, identity, faith, and personal growth. Learning alongside others often brings new perspectives, deeper understanding, and a reminder that we are not alone in the questions we carry.

I co-facilitate Hold Me Tight® workshops for couples alongside a fellow (EFT) therapist and provide presentations for parent groups, churches, and community organizations. My work focuses on attachment, emotional connection, family dynamics, culture and identity, faith and deconstruction, and helping people build more meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

Workshops and speaking engagements are available throughout the greater Seattle area.
