Light filtering through trees, representing reflection, spiritual exploration, and discovering what feels authentic.

Faith can shape so much of our lives: our relationships, values, family expectations, identity, and sense of belonging. When your beliefs begin to shift, it can feel disorienting, lonely, freeing, grief-filled, or all of the above.

I enjoy working with individuals who are navigating faith deconstruction, questioning beliefs they grew up with, or finding their way after leaving evangelical or high-control religious spaces. You may be trying to understand what you believe now, how to relate to family members who still believe differently, how to raise your children, or how to stay connected to parts of faith or spirituality that still feel meaningful.

My role is not to tell you what to believe. Therapy can offer a space to explore your story with curiosity, honesty, and compassion as you make sense of what has shaped you and what feels authentic now.

This work may include exploring identity, grief, family dynamics, boundaries, belonging, relationships, spirituality, and values. While I am trauma-informed, I do not specialize in intensive religious trauma or cult recovery. If that is the primary support you are seeking, I may help you find a therapist with more specialized training in that area.
